The Association of Textile Industry Technicians (ATIT)
It was established on March 24, 2007. It is a non-profit, state-level association governed by the current Associations Law. It aims to bring together all people who perform “technical” functions in the textile / clothing sector, from the manufacture of fibers to clothing, through spinning, openwork and knitting, non-woven fabrics, ropes, nets and braiding; dry cleaning, stamping and finishing; design and confection; both for clothing and home textiles and textiles for technical use.
Professional associationism is always important, and more so in small sectors such as textiles. ATIT gives me the possibility of being in contact with a good number of professionals interested in making the textile sector progress and in making their contributions and problems known.
