The Association of Textile Industry Technicians (ATIT) was established on March 24, 2007. It is a non-profit, state-level association governed by the current Associations Law. It aims to bring together all people who perform “technical” functions in the textile / clothing sector, from the manufacture of fibers to clothing, through spinning, openwork and knitting, non-woven fabrics, ropes, nets and braiding; dry cleaning, stamping and finishing; design and confection; both for clothing and home textiles and textiles for technical use.
